School Uniform

We expect all our children to wear school uniform. This is a white shirt or blouse, red jumper, cardigan, sweatshirt or fleece, black trousers/skirt  (red and white summer dress permitted in the summer term) and black shoes (not trainers).

Year 6 uniform consists of black trouser/skirt, black shoes (not trainers), white shirt, school tie and black blazer with a badge including the school logo sewn on.

With the amalgamation of the junior school and infant school in January, there will be no expectation to buy and wear a new school uniform until September 2024.

School uniforms are not normally obtained directly from the school. However, you can view sample uniforms, and your child can try different sizes to ensure the right size is ordered. 

The uniforms are available for sale at School Bells (48 Bell Road, Hounslow, TW3 3PB, Tel: 020 8577 6656). Alternatively you can order uniform online at www.schoolbellsuniforms.co.uk.  Follow the web-link to register with School Bells and order the school uniform.  

The school is fully compliant with national guidance regarding school uniform, and supports parents and carers in obtaining second-hand school uniforms, as well as providing advice in obtaining inexpensive school uniform. Please contact the school office regarding support needed in obtaining second-hand school uniform. 

The children need a P.E. Kit: black shorts, red tee-shirt and black plimsolls. Track-suit and trainers may be worn for outdoor games. We are unable to lend children any P.E. kit. They must bring their own kit to school. Year 4 go swimming, therefore they will need a swimsuit/trunks, towel and swimming cap for long hair.

An apron or old shirt may be brought in for art and technology.

Please name all items of clothing and personal property. Lost property may be found in the medical room.

Equipment

Pupils will also need the following items of equipment:-

• pencil case, pencils, coloured pencils, rubber and sharpener

• a small school bag (including a book bag where appropriate)

• a P.E. bag (not a polythene carrier bag)

• a pack-lunch box or bag (if required, not a polythene carrier bag)
