Home Learning

In accordance with established procedures and DfE guidance, to support learning at home during absences, the school provides access to online learning.

Class-based learning through Google Classrooms has been established for all pupils, in order to access lessons online throughout the term on a daily basis, whether in school or at home during the school closure. Log into Google Classroom every day to access the learning set for your class. In the event of full or partial school closure, a summary for the week has been available in each Year Group page below. Now current learning is always available on Google Classroom. .

Also regularly check and use the usual online resources, such as Mathletics, MyMaths, Times Tables Rock Stars, Reading Eggs and Purple Mash.

If you require additional help with access to home learning, logins, resources, activities, or other for queries, please contact class teachers or the school directly. You can contact the appropriate school leaders by calling the school, or preferably by email, using office@hhjs.hounslow.sch.uk, which is forwarded efficiently to the appropriate contact.

Remember, that when your child has completed the activities set for that day or week, he or she can go back to improve scores or outcomes, and use the links to other resources and websites on this page, while additional tasks and activities are being set, following contact with the class teacher.
